Shipping & Policies

Standard Shipping

All orders received by 2:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, will be processed and shipped the same day. Our shipping charges are a flat rate based on the total order amount (see US shipping charges below), with the exception of bottles. The flat rates apply to shipments by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Other UPS shipping options are available at standard UPS rates based on weight and distance.

US Shipping Charges
For Customer orders, flat rates from below apply. Hawaii and Alaska, an additional handling fee will be applied to the stated shipping charges.


Orders can be placed via the phone or web with payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy

We care about the integrity of our product and have found that it is important some items be shipped on ice, depending on the weather in your area. Heat sensitive products are subject to special shipping requirements and will only be shipped USPS 3 day air, Monday-Wednesday. NutraNW and/or NutraNorthWest will not accept any returns due to heat sensitivity if the customer has refused our recommendations. If a customer chooses to opt out of sending their heat sensitive items USPS 3rd day air and refrigerated, they are accepting responsibility for the order and agree to the fact that we will not accept the return of the heat sensitive item.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. NutraNW tries to have sufficient inventory in stock, but cannot always guarantee availability due to the occasional backorder from our vendors. Please visit our website(s) and/or for specific product information and features.

Return and Refund Policy

All returns must be approved before sending the product(s) back to our warehouse. Once you have received approval from our customer service team or your sales representative, please make sure to include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice in the return shipment. Product returns are allowed
30 Days from the date of purchase, and the product packaging must be unmarked and in unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Perishable and opened products are not returnable. All refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s).

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call our customer service team or your sales representative immediately and provide them with the order number. We will make every effort to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
